Artist statement

Everything i have ever photographed has already been made. There is something special about taking something that has been designed, slaved over for hours and photographing it. Take the car for example, when it first came out everyone was enthralled with it, the futurist manifesto was written after driving a car. Now, everyone has a car, and i have decided to take objects that we take for granted and turn them back into something new and exciting. I've always considered myself a purist in the world of photography, something stumbled upon is something wonderful that deserves to get photographed although the next person that walks by will likely step on it. I have succumbed to the digital world, welcome to my blog.
